As part of the mandatory law of NCIP to have a mandatory IP Representative, the Local Government Unit of San Felipe, Zambales headed by Hon. Mayor Atty. Carolyn S. Fariñas conducted an election on IPMR as an ex-officio in the Sangguniang Bayan. The incumbent IPMR Mr. Enrique de San Juan won the said election.
