With the direct supervision of the MDRRMC Chairman and Municipal Mayor, Engr. REINHARD E. JERESANO, The 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill was conducted at the Municipal Hall Compound, with participation of all Local Offices, and San Rafael Technical Vocational High School, Barangay San Rafael San Felipe, Zambales under Sir Ernesto Fogata, School Principal, on September 8, 2022.

With the participation of partners during disaster, the Municipal DRRM Office of San Felipe, San Felipe Fire Station, San Felipe Municipal Police Station and Philippine Coast Guard San Felipe Sub-station and Barangay San Rafael Council headed by PB Marlita B. Santos conducted it successfully.

It was also simultaneously conducted to all Government Offices and Public and Private elementary, secondary and tertiary schools in San Felipe.
